Requirements for Guarantee
We, Chris and Annie Wenger, require that you, _____________, have your puppy examined by a certified licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase.
We need to be notified within 2 business days of diagnosis or death. A statement must be provided from the veterinarian with their name, phone number, address and signature.
We reserve the right to contact your vet for details. With clarification of the veterinarian that the puppy was examined on or before the _____ day of _____________, the money will be returned via cashiers check within 30 days of return.
If the puppy was diagnosed in the first 10 days we will do a full refund.
If the puppy tested healthy, but died before the 30 days was up, the puppy must be tested a second time, and we will refund 50% of the selling price.
To qualify for refund, puppy must be RETURNED with CERTIFICATION within 7 business days of diagnosis.
We, Chris and Annie Wenger, are not responsible for accidents, failure to give proper hygiene, nutrition and temperature.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will forfeit your refund.
Both the seller and Buyer have read and agree to comply with the above statement.
